MEMBRANES
The most significant factor affecting building durability is the control of moisture accumulation in the wall and roof assembly.
Membranes keep water out while allowing water vapor to escape rapidly. They are installed in sloped roofing systems and wall cladding systems to improve their durability and performance by promoting rapid drying. In sloped roofing, install membranes under the primary roofing as a secondary drainage plane or roof underlayment. In wall cladding systems, acts as secondary drainage plane, air barrier and in the case of open joint systems, as an aesthetic blackout membrane.
Protection
Your commercial or residential build requires vapor-permeable membranes to provide lasting protection to the building.
Durability
Avoid condensation accumulation, reduce water penetration, and improve the overall durability of the build.
Control
Membranes materials control moisture intrusion and accumulation in the assembly by keeping external water out while allowing water vapor to escape.
